Here's how to check your pulse using your finger:

 <li>Make sure your fingers are not cold. Place your fingertip over the camera lens and flashlight, ensuring full coverage.</li>
 <li>Gently press your finger on the screen. Avoid applying too much pressure, as it may hinder blood flow and affect the accuracy of the result.</li>

The app provides a subscription option for users, priced at $6.99 per week. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account upon confirmation of purchase. Auto-renewal is enabled by default but can be turned off at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends. You have control over managing subscriptions and can disable auto-renewal in your Account Settings after purchase. The renewal cost is determined by "Apple's App Store Matrix" as the equivalent of the subscription price in USD.
